We are forced to build on the fact that the constant information and propaganda support of our activities creates the prerequisites for strengthening moral values. The clarity of our position is obvious: an understanding of the essence of resource-saving technologies unambiguously defines each participant as capable of making his own decisions regarding new principles of the formation of the material, technical and personnel base.
